How to cancel a service

1. Sign in and open Services.
2. Choose Request cancellation under the service.
3. Choose when it should end:
   • At the end of the current billing period: the service keeps working until the date you've paid up to.
   • Immediately: the service and its data are removed as soon as the request is processed.
4. Tell us why if you like, then confirm.

Download anything you need first. Once a service is cancelled, its files, databases and email can't be recovered.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Domains are separate from hosting: cancelling a hosting plan doesn't cancel the domain it used.
