Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
HostChacho is a sub-brand of Chunk Labs. This agreement governs refunds for web hosting, domain registrations, e-commerce, dedicated servers and other services. By placing an order you agree to it.

In this policy, “HostChacho”, “we” and “us” mean Host Chacho Pakistan, and “Client”, “Subscriber” and “you” mean you. By clicking “Submit Order” or buying any hosting package, you confirm you have read and agree to this agreement and all HostChacho policies. Failure to comply may lead to suspension or termination at our sole discretion, case by case. Our Acceptable Use Policy gives more detail on acceptable use.
Money-back guarantee
All new shared web hosting orders include a 15-day refund / money-back guarantee.
Hosting refunds
If you are unsatisfied at any point within the first 15 days, we will refund the full amount paid for hosting. Requests must clearly state the reason and be received within 15 days of activation by email ([email protected]) or via the web form.
Domain refunds
HostChacho registers domains through a third-party registrar, so the registration cost of a registered domain is not refundable. You keep ownership of the domain and may transfer it to another registrar.
Non-refundable products and services
Accounts terminated for violating our terms and conditions are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are not offered on VPS or dedicated server orders.
Penalties, policy violations and illegal services
If illegal content is found the account is suspended immediately without warning, with a penalty of USD 50 to USD 500 depending on your plan, or the equivalent in PKR for Pakistani clients or local currency elsewhere.

Prices may change at any time, with or without notice, as international currency rates vary.
