Can I use my own brand?+
Yes. Your clients see your brand, your logo and your private nameservers, not ours.
Who supports my clients?+
You do: you handle their questions, billing and pricing. We support you with anything on the server side.
Do the CPU and memory limits apply to my whole plan?+
No. Each cPanel account you create gets the limits itself, so one busy client doesn’t use up another’s share.
Is the storage really unlimited?+
On Pro and Premium there is no fixed limit, under a fair-use policy: it is for the websites and email of the accounts you host, not for file storage or backups of other systems.
What if I need more accounts?+
Move up a size at any time and keep every account you’ve created. A plan holds up to 250 accounts; beyond that, add a second plan. Premium includes 50 accounts and bills each extra one monthly.
Can you move my existing reseller account?+
Yes, free of charge from another cPanel host. Accounts, packages and settings are kept, and email and passwords too where the old host allows it.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes, on Entry and Pro, and it costs less: pay for a year at once and one month is free, so you pay for 11 months and get 12. Premium Reseller is billed by the month.
Where are your servers for the UAE?+
