How to set up business email on your phone

You'll need your email address, its password, and the server settings from your control panel.

Find the settings

1. Log in to your control panel.
2. Open Email Accounts.
3. Next to the mailbox, choose Connect Devices (in cPanel) or look for mail client settings. You'll see the incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) server names and ports.

iPhone

Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account. Enter your name, email address and password, choose IMAP, and fill in the server names from the step above.

Android (Gmail app)

Gmail → your profile picture → Add another account → Other. Enter the email address, choose Personal (IMAP), then the password and server settings.

Outlook

File → Add Account, enter the email address, choose Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually → IMAP, then the server settings.

Choose IMAP, not POP

IMAP keeps your mail on the server, so your phone, laptop and webmail all show the same messages.
