How to log in to your control panel

You don't need a separate password to reach your hosting control panel. Your HostChacho account signs you in for you.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Services.
3. Find your hosting plan and choose Log in to control panel.

The control panel opens in a new tab, already signed in. The link only works for a minute, so choose the button again if the tab was left too long.

The button isn't there

• The service isn't active yet. New services appear once their first invoice is paid. Check Invoices for anything unpaid.
• The service is suspended. Pay the overdue invoice and the service, and the button, come back within a few minutes.
• It's a server or another product without a control panel. VPS and dedicated servers are managed through their own tools; see How to reboot your VPS.

Using your own password instead

If you'd rather sign in to the control panel directly, set a password for it under Services → Change password.
