How is this different from cPanel reseller hosting?+
Your clients get the DirectAdmin control panel instead of cPanel. It is lighter and costs less; cPanel is the one more people already know.
Do the CPU and memory limits apply to my whole plan?+
No. Each hosting account you create gets 2 CPU cores and 2 GB RAM itself.
Is the storage really unlimited?+
On Pro and Enterprise there is no fixed limit, under a fair-use policy: it is for the websites and email of the accounts you host.
What if I need more than 250 accounts?+
Add a second reseller plan and split your accounts across the two.
Can I upgrade as I grow?+
Yes. Move up a plan at any time from your client area and keep every account you’ve created.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes, and it costs less: pay for a year at once and one month is free, so you pay for 11 months and get 12.
Which server location should I choose for visitors in Kyrgyzstan?+
