No. Each plan has one monthly price and a number of email accounts it covers; Workspace 500 and larger have no limit on accounts.
What is the storage shared between?+
The plan’s storage is one pool for everyone’s mail and the team’s Nextcloud files.
Do I need hosting for email?+
No. Email Workspace works on its own — just point your domain’s MX records to us, or we do it for you.
Can I keep my old emails?+
Yes. An import tool copies mail from Gmail, Outlook or any other provider, free.
Can I use more than one domain?+
Each plan has one main domain, and you can add as many alias domains as you like, so mail to either reaches the same mailbox.
Can I change plan later?+
Yes, up or down at any time. Your mail and files stay where they are.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes. Plans can be paid monthly or once a year, at the same monthly rate.
Which server location should I choose for visitors in Sweden?+
We suggest Frankfurt for most websites aimed at Sweden. You can choose Karachi, London, Dallas, Frankfurt, Singapore, Dubai or Toronto on any plan.
