Each size has a monthly price. A control panel licence, backups, security, extra IP addresses and extra storage each add their own monthly price, shown as you choose. The total is on the order page before you pay.
Do I get root access?+
Yes. Every server has full root access over SSH.
Is a control panel included?+
Not in the size’s price. Add cPanel, DirectAdmin or Plesk when you order; each comes with its licence, priced by how many accounts it can hold. You can also run the server with no control panel.
Can I add storage or IP addresses later?+
Yes. Contact us and we add them to your server and your next invoice.
Can you manage the server for me?+
Yes. Choose Standard and we fix problems when you report them, or Premium and we monitor and look after the server for you.
Are backups included?+
Not by default. Add JetBackup or R1Soft when you order, with or without storage, or look after backups yourself.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes. Servers can be paid monthly or once a year, at the same monthly rate.
Which server location should I choose for visitors in Uzbekistan?+
We suggest Frankfurt for most websites aimed at Uzbekistan. You can choose Karachi, London, Dallas, Frankfurt, Singapore, Dubai or Toronto on any plan.
