How much does Google Workspace cost?+
Business Starter is $84.00 per user a year on the yearly plan ($7.00 a month), or $8.40 per user a month on the flexible plan. Business Standard is $168.00 per user a year ($14.00 a month). Prices exclude tax.
What’s the difference between the yearly and flexible plans?+
The yearly plan costs less per user and is paid once a year, for a year’s commitment: you can add users at any time, but not remove them until it renews. The flexible plan is paid monthly, and you can add or remove users, or cancel, whenever you like.
Do I need my own domain?+
Yes: Google Workspace email uses your domain, like [email protected]. Use a domain you already have, wherever it’s registered, or register one with us. We add the DNS records Google needs.
Can you move our existing email?+
Yes, at no extra cost. We move mailboxes across from cPanel mail, Outlook or Exchange, or Zoho, so your team keeps its old messages.
Who owns the account and the data?+
You do. Your business has its own Google Workspace account with you as administrator. We handle billing and setup, and help whenever you need it.
How many users can I order online?+
From 1 to 300 users in one order, and you can add more later. For larger teams, or for an Enterprise plan, ask us for a quote.
